From Events to Start-Ups

I’ve scaled operations by 550%, managed 2,500 people through a pandemic, survived five mergers, and navigated every crisis you can imagine.

My secret? I admit when I don’t know something and I’m quick to ask for help.

Over the past decade, I’ve led operations across Europe for companies like Just Eat Takeaway.com/Lieferando.at and keyone.

I’ve been behind the scenes of Air&Style, X-Games, FIS Worldcups and the PGF. My first “real” job was to organize the only Skateboard World Cup in Graz – three times in a row.

I’ve hired hundreds of people and helped 50+ colleagues level up their careers.

What I’m most proud of? My teams genuinely enjoyed working with me, even during the hard times.

People will follow you through almost anything if you’re honest about what you don’t know, quick to fix what you break, and genuinely invested in their success.

I’m a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which means I spend a lot of time getting humbled. It’s taught me to stay calm under pressure, adapt when plans fail, and keep my ego in check. Hard to feel too important when a teenager just made you question your life choices.

What works: Tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. Build systems because heroics don’t scale. Develop people because strong teams create strong results. Stay curious.

What doesn’t: Pretending you have all the answers. Corporate jargon. Fixing people instead of processes. Taking yourself too seriously.

I help leaders and teams create results they can be proud of – through coaching, frameworks like SBIR feedback and the LEAD system, and occasionally making people do uncomfortable exercises that actually work.
